We believe that the best way to deliver reliable code to reliable deadlines is to use reliable people with a history of successful delivery and a wealth of development experience. The smaller the project team the less communication is required and the faster the team can move. In our view, the fewer people we add to your process the better for all of us.

Where possible, all design and development is done by Len himself. If this will not be the case then you will be informed of this during the project initiation phase and introduced to the consultants who will be working on your project.

No matter who's doing the work, proactive risk management and open and honest communication are the order of the day. If we're going to have to disappoint you about something then we'd rather you know sooner rather than later. We don't store up surprises for the week before delivery.
